I work with anxiety by going beneath the surface. I help you understand why your mind reacts the way it does and how to shift those reactions so you can breathe again. I bring curiosity, warmth, and humor into sessions, and pay attention to the emotional patterns that often go unnoticed.
In therapy with me, we explore the beliefs and expectations that shaped your anxiety. We move at a steady pace, always grounded in your experience. You’ll talk, and I’ll listen for what’s underneath, helping you understand your emotions and make different choices.
