Once we find a time, you will complete some initial paperwork that needs to be completed before your appointmentYou'll be directed to a portal where you can choose a convenient time for your consultation.

We’ll have our initial consultation. Here I’ll ask what prompted you to reach out and what you’re looking for. If I feel that we’re a good fit, you’re welcome to ask me questions as well. Once you feel comfortable moving forward, we’ll discuss fees and schedule the intake appointment.

step 03.

You'll join me for your first virtual session, where I'll ask about your current situation and history to learn more about you. This will also give you a chance to experience my approach as a therapist. We'll discuss if it feels like a good fit and if you'd like to schedule more sessions.
