I understand how heavy and invisible depression feels. For 11 years, I’ve helped clients move out of depression and back into a life that feels like their own.
Have you been carrying self doubt and self hatred for so long that it feels like a fact?
Wondering how everyone else seems to function when you can barely get out of bed?
You may feel lonely, behind in life, unsure how to make friends, or afraid your future doesn’t hold anything. I can help.
Clients come to me when they
stay in bed scrolling
feel inferior
self criticize
fear judgment
lack motivation
are lonely
want change
can’t connect
when you want change but feel to stuck to start, I help you take one step at a time.
how I approach depression therapy
This work is gentle and honest. We look at what still reinforces your negative beliefs and what keeps you stuck.
Once you say the thing out loud, it loses power. We build clarity, momentum, and the ability to be with yourself without fear.

about Dr. Ann Krajewski, PsyD.
My therapy goes deeper than symptom management. I pay attention to your patterns, your history, and the parts of you that learned to cope alone. I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor into the rom, and ask questions that help you understand why you feel the way you do.
In our sessions, we’ll move carefully but honestly. We’ll work at a pace that feels supportive but meaningful. I also believe deeply in doing my own inner work, because I can’t guide you anywhere I’m unwilling to go myself.
Availability: I work with patients online in Washington DC, & Virginia.
